Barbara has a mature and attention-grabbing voice. She has a voice that can mold to almost any emotion and sensation. Her smooth alto sound will have you craving a soft blanket and a warm mug of tea and the expressive nature of her commercial dialogue is a breath of fresh air.

While growing up in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Barbara dreamed of being an actress. Finally, after spending many years in the accounting field, she began her voice acting journey.

Getting involved in the church choir was the first milestone in Barbara's discovery of her voice. For several years, she has been actively involved in the choir, often singing solos and duets. 

Volunteering her voice was the next milestone in her journey.  Barbara reads on the air weekly and records books for Reading and Radio Resource, located in Dallas.

As a student under the guidance of Bruce Carey, Andy Long, Bob Michaels and Bettye Zoller, Barbara has studied and practiced various techniques, methods, and performance styles. Her professionalism and skill make her the ideal voice talent for your next project.
